I'm in the process of installing one of my amps under my passenger seat and could use a little help finding a good spot to ground it. There is a lot of bracing on the floors, including what the seat bolts to. Would that make a good spot as long as I grind the paint off? Originally was going to use one of the seat bolts, but the way the brackets are won't allow for that.

The best place to ground would be the same spot you ground your other amp(s). This can help avoid ground loops.

UserName is correct on the best place to ground any additional equipment. That doesn't mean that grounding anywhere else wont' work just fine though. It probably will, but might not. Be sure to grind down to bare, shiny metal, wipe the spot off with rubbing alcohol or acetone and then after you make the connection, put some clear nail polish or paint of some kind over the connection to prevent rust on bare metal.
