Lol 😂 seriously we know it’s not about the environment. It has absolutely nothing to do with it, lithium mining is one of the dirtiest things to mine in the world dirtier than coal or oil with 0 ability to be recycled.
It’s all about controlling humanity to the point where they control even what you think. They want to make themselves worldly gods. Plain and simple
And at that point you show your true colours. I'm not interested in what you have to say when you are just some politically deluded sheep. You don't want a discussion, you simply want to pedal your silly agenda about control.

Goodbye

He’s just really over zealous when it comes to his ideology and wanting people to give up their rights. That’s all😂
He shrilled and belittle others for their views and ended being almost completely wrong, on everything. Thousands of post being completely wrong. He has no clue.
Not sure if this is me you are flagellating yourselves over but I live in a free country, and enjoy my freedoms and choice, as well as my democratically elected government.

If you don't like my posts just ignore me - it is really easy

I have no personal problem with you. You are probably a really nice guy but you have parroted information that has time and time again proven to be completely wrong.

Neither of you live in a free country. If you can be arrested for views (no matter how terrible) you don’t live in a free country.

What exactly have I parroted time and time again that has been wrong exactly ?

By your definition nobody lives in a free country as all countries have laws that can be broken.

Lmfao.
If you can be arrested for having a medical procedure, performed, you don’t live in a free country.
See how easily I can change the metric of what freedom is?
Actually, let’s change the metric again.…

If you can be arrested for paying/charging for sex, you don’t live in a free country.

Want me to keep going or are you willing to concede that there are plenty of countries that have more/different freedoms than the US.

Yes, I understand that you hold freedom of speech near and dear. Maybe that’s not the metric for other people though? Maybe some people don’t mind if extremists are locked up for their dangerous views, as long as they retain abortion rights (and bodily autonomy as an extension of that) and can shag hookers whilst taking whatever drugs they choose.
Maybe those people think you live in some kind of backwater anti-freedom society?

Oh don't start them off on that again :cwl:
It’s 2,45am, I can’t sleep and this is decent entertainment. Better than what’s on Netflix anyway.

Hello; do not respond to this rant. Smells of a trap to get those who reply banned or kicked off the thread. He has baited other before that way. Don't fall for it.

What puzzles me is how he keeps crossing the lines without consequence

Crossing the lines? Really? .
Did I express a political view or was I simply putting forward a thought experiment? Was the thought experiment too thought provoking for you?

Perhaps you’re projecting?
Maybe you started this thread to try and get people to express political views? Maybe you’re the one who’s actually baiting?
Seems to me that you’ve consistently expressed your political views throughout this thread, and yet, you’re still here.
Strange.

Hello; The recent sidetrack was mostly worth it. Pleased to see that others have seen the same antics.

Hello; I have an observation or two. First is the question of who in general an EV will not work well for currently. I say currently to omit all those "someday" fixes not yet in play.
First will be many in rural areas all around the world, but in my experience in the eastern USA. Tends to be longer drives perhaps being the main thing. Add to that will be the lack of public charging stations. My area usually takes many years to get new tech and in some cases we nevr get it. I had to return a TV tuner box and found the local UPS and FedEx where drop off only. Wound up having to drive to Knoxville to find a UPS service center equipped to handle the package.

Next will be many apartment and maybe home renters. Apartment buildings already in existence may not be able to install chargers for various reasons. My guess is there may be a lot more city folk renters who cannot practically have an EV.

Next will be anyone who actually needs a truck to haul or tow. Not the folks who buy pickups.
and use them like cars.

What have i missed???

@BlackandBlue
The Us rates 17th in the world according to The Human Freedom Index. Freedom of speech is ONE component in that index.

According to Wikipedia:

“The index is based on measures of freedom of speech, freedom of religion, individual economic choice, freedom of association, freedom of assembly, violence and crimes, freedom of movement, and women's rights. Other components of the Freedom Index include human trafficking, sexual violence, female genital mutilation, and homicide.[2]

I think it’s hilarious when you play the victim card. Seriously. You’re an adult. Act like it.
