How the hell are you supposed to get in touch with these people???

I want to order some of their pads but I can never get anyone on the phone, EVER! I have left messages and yet to get a call back.

Scary thought. Initial contact shows they are a pain in the ass to get a hold of. Maybe it won’t be any easier when any problem arises.

Buy from a retailer (OPMustang.com is wonderful to work with), instead of trying to buy direct from the manufacturer. They're brake pads, its not a supercharger kit or an engine tune where you need ongoing contact for 'problems that arise'.

Agreed on that point for sure. Pretty wacked though to not answer the phone. I suppose that they deal with distributors almost exclusively. Thing is that they have prices on everything on their website.
