NoXiDe is spot on... the Mountain "Runs" are very different from a Mountain "Drive" or "Cruise."
I can NOT take the wife on a "Run"..... I don't want to clean up Puerto Rican puke from my passengers side after getting yelled at in Spanish spoken so loudly, and so fast that I can't understand it. That is how I learned "Jodido".

The Cruises take a lot more planning because people bring wives and kids. That usually entails planning for rest stops, a restaurant that can handle a large group, enough parking for group photo opts, etc. With COVID, this is going to be tougher as it relates to somewhere to eat.
Ok.. I get the difference between a “run” and “Cruise” with this group now. Thanks. Just totally different forum atmosphere than with Jeeps. Just Wondering.. to be able to graduate and get invited to a “run “ is there a “run” class to attend? Just asking because I live up here and although I appreciate the directions someone posted I know those roads pretty well I might’ve drove them a time or two. Seriously I am just trying to figure out how Mustang ppl get together and go on rides or cruises.

Nothing like that all, it's quite simple. Just start either style and send someone a private message from this thread to see what their availability is like. I'm sure there are many who would like to go.

lol Georgia seems to be different. I joined the local club, sent in my money order (should have made it a check lol) two months ago and never heard a word back. Then I run into some lady at the gas station that asks if I'm in the club, I tell her I never heard back and she told me they meet up at a certain place monthly and go on a cruise. Maybe I didn't make the cut, but they could send me my dang money back.

My current mystery has been solved, got the "T" shirt. Met some new folks, and sat with a good friend, dpAtlanta slugging down some adult beverages, ice tea.

Interesting group, active coming up they will meet at Wallmart . I doubt very many have done this beyond the high school days . The plan going to a drive-in to watch a movie, what one who knows.

Can't believe the is still 1 around,

There were at least 30 Mustangs eventually, these pictures were taken early. Did get a very nice patriotic shot for the forum, red white & blue done right.

Cheers,

This was very well done... I was quite impressed.
The front end conversion fit perfectly, and the paint color & orange peel also matched very well.
I should have taken it before the shadows got to the car.

I’d be curious to know who did their paint work. I’d like to respray my hood and front bumper later in life.

Was late, traffic jam got there in time to eat, but that was late .
Wanting to see the heard and check a roomer, 350 spotted sporting some new strips.

Had the sliders bagged, taged and out out the door I went. In the lot looking so good was this.

Rocker panel stripes really bring out the color, body looks wider also.

Installed by the owner, good work Dave .

The Georgia Regional Mustang Club is putting on a car show/gathering in Power Springs from 11:00 - 3:00 tomorrow... it is a fund raiser for Toys for Tots.

I'm going... the weather is going to be GREAT.
