Hey y’all,
My fiancés 2016 V6 (78900 miles) has a fuel leak from somewhere above the tank, looks like it’s the connection to the Blue connection on the passenger side-of the tank. I tried looking at the diagram and I cannot figure out what exactly that part is, I thought it was part of the filler neck assembly but I’m not sure. There’s a few things I don’t DIY and fuel systems are one I get nervous messing with.
I checked the charcoal canister, fuel pump assemblies under the back seats and I do not not see a leak or any signs of damage. I am trying to get better photos maybe someone has seen this before?
Her car is under a power train warranty from buying it CPO back in 2017 (expires next month) so I made an appointment with the best dealership in the area of North Florida. I was trying to hope it’s a quick fix I could do, I guess not.
If anyone has seen this or has an idea, let me know!
