2019 Mustang Fuel Leak

Good Evening, I went to back my car out of my garage and notice a gas smell. After backing the car out and inspecting the floor i noticed a small puddle of gasoline on the floor. I got under the car and it seems the leak is coming from the gas tank. My car has 5,000 miles with just a catback and a CAI. Has anyone experienced a fuel leak on a stock S550 gas tank? Or know where i should check for the source of fuel leak?

Take it in for warranty. Keep us posted, that’s a first I’ve heard of leaking fuel.

Comes to find out, I got it up on the lift and it appears my buddy nixed my gas tank. We were installing a cat back exhaust. Quick repair, leak is gone.

JB weld, colder solder?

I used this stuff called blue magic quik steel. After it cured, I covered it with metal tape.

To me, through my iPad and looking at the image, it could be a 1993 Cobra, Teal.... (if not a Teal Cobra, definitely a Fox Mustang, maybe Reef Blue).

I dont know the year, but my buddy restored this foxbody from the ground up. Runs a 10.9 in the quarter. Here is a better picture.

The El Camino is a 69 SS with a 396. My buddy also has a 19 Roush RS3 Convertible.
