A few weeks ago I installed diode dynamics switchbacks in my GT - front left stopped working after about a day. The amber blinking state worked fine, but when switching back to white, no light. Figured they were defective and received replacements today, but after installing still no luck. After further troubleshooting, I found I am not receiving the 12V at the plug that would light up the solid state (when comparing to the right side) - is there a fuse that could be blown? I see nothing related to turn signals on the fuses pages of the owners manual.

As for which fuse exactly, I have no idea. And unfortunately Ford left much to be desired when it comes to fuse assignments.

So, you have two choices. Pull each fuse until you see which one is physically blown, or use a volt meter to check each fuse. Most digital meters have a continuity check feature. With an analog meter you'll need to use the ohm setting and see if it reads 0 ohms or infinity. Infinity means its bad. Almost all new fuses have test points on their tops to check them.

There are two fuse panels, one behind the passenger kick panel, the other under the hood on the passenger side (can't miss it).

Good luck.

Thanks, I ended up solving the problem. Eventually found that the turn signals are not fused and are directly powered by the BCM. I ended up just disconnecting the battery for a few minutes hoping it might reset the BCM and hopefully clear any short that might have been registered. It worked. My assumption is that somehow the bulb caused a short and that output was locked down by the BCM. In any case, fully disconnecting power to the vehicle solved it.

I am currently experiencing the same issue, so all it is is disconnecting the battery?

I am having this same issue. I tired to rest the battery and it didn’t work for me. But I also do have the fog lights hooked up.
