Why are you not looking into something like this for the Mustang instead of the single LED's ?

So we can have the entire bar lit up and it resolve the thing that the single LED dots can be visible if you take a closeup look to the car. :shrug:

Look how thick the lights for the Subaru are. I think the bars in the Mustangs have to be very slim or at least not thicker than the OEM LED boards, otherwise they wouldn't fit in the housing

The 2015+ Mustang housing has optics specifically designed for these LED boards and the position of the LEDs behind the factory diffuser lens. By replacing the boards themselves and placing the LEDs exactly where they are from the factory, you get a more uniform effect that matches the clean, factory appearance.

The 2015+ Subaru WRX doesn't share the same LED board / optics setup. On the non-premium models it's a simple 194 bulb mounted in the corner behind a lens to light up the entire C-Light shape. Our LED boards for those housings fill in the entire diffuser, which doesn't have an LED board to begin with.

Replacing boards or installing new boards in the factory mounting locations is also an easier installation process for the end-user.

I was just thinking that adding the diffusing gel on the Mustang's LED boards could be a good idea to have a better light distribution behind the OEM lens of the Tri-bars.

The Mustang has an optical system integrated, which is always better than a simple strip (like the C-Light product). The gel diffuses the light in all directions. Even though the C-Lights are similar in brightness to these, they do not have the intensity because the light is going in all directions. Not ideal, it's just the only way to do it if you're making the light into a shape. Optics are always much better, more efficient, etc.

I think I answered myself the last question. As the V1 kit has a 0.2w LED and the new V2 kit provides 8w for the parking mode, so the new kit is brighter in parking mode as the first kit

these are both for US and EU headlights (they made specific different drivers) and no, US are not easier to open.. these lights are damn hard to open!
