My drivers side front marker amber bulb (next to the blinker bulb) is out. I looked behind the fender liner but couldn't get my hand back in there to reach the housing, it's a tight spot. Sorry if this is a supremely dumb question, but is there an easier way to replace those bulbs?

I had the wheel off. The problem is there's a radiator (oil cooler I'm assuming) behind that area and I can't get my hand around it from the back to reach the light housing

Can you do it? Yes. Is it difficult? Also yes. Hate to say it but the easiest way is to pull off the entire front bumper. There just isn’t enough room to get a firm grip in order to twist the light to look in place.

So, if taken to a dealer, it sounds like changing a bulb could cost hundreds in labor.

Yessir. But if you have some basic tools and patience, and a couple hours of free time, it’s not a bad job.

It looks like I've got more room to work with if I move the CAI and get at the housing from above. I think I'd rather do that than take off the bumper

Put an LED in place, that should last much longer than an incandescent...

Also check to make sure water or moisture is not penetrating the harness connector end OR inside of the parking assembly - that's the single biggest killer of bulbs.

Here's something I finally got around to doing today - I replaced the burnt out bulb in the driver's side turn signal / parking light position. I ended up taking off the wheel and removing the wheel well liner so I could maneuver around the oil cooler. The opening for the fixture was tight, my fingers barely fit to get a grip, and the damned thing did not want to twist out of position. Eventually I got it to move and replaced the bulb. My harebrained idea of removing the CAI would probably not have worked since the headlight housing would've been in the way. Glad I didn't bother trying that. I guess I'm relieved I didn't need to remove the entire bumper, but I suspect it would have been easier in the long run to do that.

It's a late update but thanks again for the info guys!
