Front Facia Damage

Getting ready to put the facia back on this evening with the help of Mrs.Rat, ha she doesn't care for that name!
Here is what caught my eye as I was cleaning it up before the install. There are 6 of these attaching tabs across the lower front. 3 of the six are busted. The rigidity seems as it has not lost a thing from this.

Pretty sure damage was there before we purchased the car. I was aware of the R's splitter low stance before the purchase. Took great care of where we went. Car was tracked once or twice with only 96 total miles before us. Most likely some of the 96 were road miles. There is some scraping on the under side of the splitter from track use.

Any body seen this before?

I'm not quite sure that this didn't happen when the belly pan was installed. Over torqued? Belly pan installed @ Flat Rock? Probably take it apart tomorrow.
