Every body shop has a color scan decide I suggest getting this done by third party with a report, then go to dealer and request it. If they decline provide copy of your report and demand a warranty respray incl blend to fenders and hood.

Things like bumpers, door handles, sharks fins, mirrors, and other miscellaneous parts are painted at the suppliers and not with the shell of your vehicle at the assembly plant. Colors are supposed to match of course but as you can imagine many variables are at play.

I would look the car over closely, is there evidence of repaint, tape lines, over spray, fasteners removed/replaced, etc. CarFax isn't always 100% but a slight mis match doesn't always mean something bad either.
