Got it FIXED finally. Ford took care of everything and the SA was super awesome, one the best experiences I had with a dealer.

They adjusted few tabs and put back the bumper in. Been driving around for almost 3 weeks after getting it fixed and looks to hold up well.

It took them a whole day to work on the bumper. Went back the next day to pick it up and saw that the bumper was well aligned to the fender but noticed a gap between the passenger headlight and the bumper, showed it the to the Service Advisor, he politely apologized stating he didn't notice it and will get it fixed and will get the car ready the next day. Got the car back again on the next day and everything was aligned very well and they did a very good job.

On the overall, the way how the SA handled my case was very exceptional, following up with ford on the authorization and getting everything set up. He even voluntarily provided me a loaner for the 2 days, the car was in the shop. Kudos to this guy & the dealership. Anyone in DFW - Texas area I highly recommend you to check out Westway ford if you need any work on ur stangs.

While at the dealer, I checked out some brand new mustangs on their lot and found most of them to have mis-aligned bumpers, seems to be a widespread problem.

I'm glad you got this sorted out! Because I have the EXACT same problem. It pops out after driving around at highway speeds.

I took it to my dealer in WA x3 times, they actually tried gluing the thing into place. Spoiler alert, it didn't work. Just moved across the country to NC, brought it in to a new dealer: they told me I was going to have to file an insurance claim. Gave him my best white walker icy stare and he said he'd call Ford to see what they could do.

I've had my rear quarter panel pop out twice too, but thankfully was able to push those back into place. Which is ridiculous to begin with. I love my car, but this is the last Ford I will buy.
