I wonder if that piece of the bumper can be replaced independently of the rest. I know on certain Charger trims, the black piece that the license plate holder is drilled into can be replaced independently of the rest of the bumper.

Most of the people in this city that drive expensive (more luxury cars per capita, than any other city in N.A.) cars, don't give a rats ass about such things. They are not enthusiasts, just young people (early 20's) with rich daddies. They don't look after there cars, it's all about appearances...….
