Forscan DRL alternative light changes not being accepted during BCM module write process. 2019 Eco Premium.

My BCM rejects Fog Lamp and Dedicated DRL with 'Writing blocks failed – incompatible configuration.' Current values are:

• 726-45-01 = AA00 4100 00BE
• 726-50-01 = 40BE
  Has anyone with a 2019 EcoBoost Premium LED car unlocked alternate DRL choices? Looking for the verified 726-45-01 value
  
  

If someone has done this exact change, and can either help with how it was done, or point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful. I just want to turn the foglights on with my signature lights...but although my BCM exposes the alternate DRL modes, it rejects them because the restriction is still active'

The thing is, i tried before a lot with DRL (this is only applicable for the main dimlights) while i initially thought DRL was the tribar. Its not. Anyway, after a BCM reset all was accepted as i wanted. You need forscan.

I have Forscan; how else would I have posted those values, lol?

Exactly which FORScan reset procedure do you mean, and what did it reset?

I'm interested in any help you may provide, although you have a 2021 GT, correct? I'm sure they are pretty similar but can't confirm it is 100% the same.

Did you run BdyCM Module Reset before changing the DRL setting, or after writing it? And did you previously get 'Writing blocks failed – incompatible configuration'?
