So after looking at just about every wheel available for my GT/PP I have believe this is the wheel I would like to go with. Does anyone here have some fresh pics of of their '15 with a proper set up?
I would like to go 19 inch but open to suggestions.

Also as far as the vendor goes.. any suggestions?

/cheers :ford:

I've heard some "horror" stories with Forgestar products. I've heard of them being shipped and arriving scratched in a few places or with a poor finish. All this being said, I'm sure there are horror stories for every single Wheel brand out there.

From a personal standpoint and choice - I will be getting these when it is time to get a new set of tires - what I'm going with is the Niche GT5. They resemble the Forgestar CF5, but (in my humble opinion) look better because of the matte black and the Niche logo. I didn't like the Forgestar logo... just looks almost cartoony (if that makes any sense hehe). The Niche logo is clean, carved into the rim itself kind of like how Vossen, Rovos, or any of those type of brands stamp their name on their wheels. I attached pictures of both so you can compare.

ALSO the GT5's are 20"x8.5 and 20"x10.5. I was wanting to go with 19's again, but then after seeing the CJPP video of how they looked on a blue '14 Mustang I was sold. The rubber I'm going to wrap them in is 275/35/20 in the Front and 295/35/20 Rear (maybe a little higher... not sure).

All that matters is what YOU want on your car and if YOU are happy with them.

Hi,

I had the Forgestar CF5's in gloss black on my car here in Australia.

I ordered them in May 2013 and they arrived in October 2013. I ordered them thru "Get Your Wheels" My only gripe would be the length of time manufacturing took but when the wheels came I was impressed with the packaging and the finish was great - not a mark on them.

I've since sold them as I took part in a group buy on Ford Forums for Forge Wheels - part of an OEM program.

Did I read that right...you're going to run a 275 on an 8.5 wheel up front? Interesting!

That was a mistake on my part, I meant 10 and 10.5 rear.

Those Niche rims look really nice. I would might bite if they were available in gloss black. Thanks for the reply!

that car is the ford falcon.. some country's still produce the ford falcon.

Alas, Ford stopped production of the FPV's last year 2014 with a limited run of a GT-F model. (F for Final)

The FPV's were based on the Falcon range and in October 2016 production will cease as will local manufacture and a nameplate with more than 50 years of history here in Australia will die.

My FPV is a GT R-Spec which was a limited edition of 350 vehicles in 2012.

The engine is based on the Coyote/Miami, is supercharged (but not intercooled) and the 335 refers to the engine power output of 335kW. This is a very conservative power rating as guys have seen 300kW to 320kW at the rear wheels on thiese things.

Mustang is now going to be available in Australia and I've ordered a Mustang GT 5.0 V8 which should arrive end of the year.

That's why I've joined this Forum and seems like it's obligatory to mod a Mustang!!

Looks like I'll have 10 litres of V8 goodness once the Mustang gets here!

Awesome and I believe they are... if you don't mind spending a little more, these Stance SC-5 wheels look fantastic, especially in 20". The slightly larger lip makes it look like the tire isn't as skinny as usual, and it's a matte black with gloss lip.

Need4SpeedMotors is going to help me get my SC-6ix. I would recommend going through them.
