I am installing a 6060 transmission, whipple supercharger, and fore fuel system.

I have the center console out right now and have the fore fuel system installed with intercooler on. I wanted to check for fuel leaks, so hooked up the battery, pushed in the clutch. It sounded like the fuel pump kicked on, i got out looked at fore gauge and it says 0 psi. I tried adjusting the knob and nothing happened.

I then went in the car and without pushing the clutch pushed start and it said no key detected.

Can anyone clue me in why it says no key detected? I assume cuz my center console unhooked?

Also can anyone point me in the right direction ti getting the fore fuel gauge to show me the pressure?

Two things.

Yes the car will not come on without the center console plugged in. Proximity sensor.

Is your Fore gauge after your regulator?

Fore gauge is on the regulator. Fuel flows from pump to drivers side fuel rail at front to drivers side rear to passenger rear passenger front to regulator where gauge is back to gas tank

O.k. that is right. A lot of people try and put the gauge on the feed line which is wrong. I would double check your port arrangement on the regulator to ensure it is right.

I'm imagining when i start the car it will go up. I just don't know if when you push in clutch fuel pump primes for a second or if it keeps priming. That's only part I'm unsure of

It will prime until it reaches its pressure. The first resistance will be the regulator so you might now see anything until you start it up.

if you have someone with you, and key on, if it's installed right (with the center console in), you should be able to see it kick up, will be a little tougher to see by yourself

your going to want to set it at 55psi for the lund tune
