Can't Get FordPass Working After Sync 3 (4" to 8" Upgrade)

Hey guys, as the title says, I switched out my 4" screen on base 2022 EcoBoost with an 8" Sync 3 screen and module.

Unfortunately I can't get FordPass to work. I try activating on the app with my VIN, but the app just shows "Activation pending" and I never get a pop-up on my car.

Is this something I can fix with Forscan, do I need some new GPS antenna, or is it something else? FordPass worked on my car before I did the upgrade.

I’ve heard if you upgrade, that you lose that function.
