Fordpass no login screen

Fordpass has stopped working for me. I have latest update. When I click sign in I just get a blank screen. Anyone else ?

Just checked and it's still working properly on my Android.

I just took a chance, based on your experience, and updated my iPhone. The app still works on my phone. My IOS level is 16.6.1, if that makes a difference for you.

Yeah no idea why mine stopped working. I have IOS fully updated as well as the app. I hit sign in gives me below screen and that’s all she wrote

Close all your apps and do a hard reboot. If nothing, delete and reinstall. This is most likely a phone issue, not FordPass.

I forgot one. Can you download FordPass on another device and see if you can log on?

Seems that may be the issue. I had my wife download on her new phone and it worked just fine. Really makes no sense to me, but guess time to upgrade. Thanks to all
