Did you hit the refresh button? It should be right under tire pressure.

Yeah it works on mine too. I love the app only problem I've had is it randomly not showing the rewards points.

Also, I was sent a Sync 3 map update yesterday, as I imagine most of you guys did too, and dow loaded it on a USB stick. However how long does it take to transfer and update? They say around 1.5 hours does that mean I need to leave the car running the entire time because as soon as you shut it off all the electronics turn off so not sure how that would work

I believe the 1.5 hours included the download time from the website to your computer. I'm doing it now. I have the instructions and the license file but still haven't seen the actual map file yet. Strange.

Edit: OK, the map update file is downloading (pop-up blocker was on) and it is taking quite sometime. This will take over an hour at over 100MB/S.

I updated my Sync 3 last month. It takes 10 minutes to download and another 10 to upload in the car. It may take 5 minutes for the unit to start uploading. Also, my instructions were to format the flash drive as "exFAT", rather than the more common "FAT32"

Was this a Sync3 update or maps update? two different things.

Yes...I have a very fast internet download speed however I used the wireless router to transfer the data to my office PC then moved the files to the stick. The original download took over an hour maybe even 2. When I put the stick in the port in the car will it automatically start the download and update? I imagine I just need to leave the car running while doing the update

Yes but there's nothing there as far as the download to the car it was all related to the download from Ford itself unless I'm missing something? It was a little pdf document with maybe 3 small paragraphs

In hour 3 of the download. It's gated at the sending end, not the receiving one.

Interesting thing for me is that the ESN in the car wouldn't work on the download page. I had to call Ford and they gave me a completely different ESN to use. Kind of odd.

Thanks, I have it downloading to desktop. Is it 2 files? One for maps and one for licenses?
Yes and there was one for Instructions. I just downloaded all 3 to the USB stick and extracted the map and license files. Now I'm not sure what to do lol

Yes. These should help.

I'm still downloading the map flies. One hour in, probably another one to go.
