I know I am going to get attacked for this but I have to get this off my chest because its super annoying. I dont know if other car companies are like this honda, lexus, etc or if its only ford. I know chevy/corvette isnt like this because I spent a lot of time shopping and did the same internet searching and didnt have this issue.

What is with all the repeated automated emails from all these dealers? And the worst thing is? THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!!!:):):):) its like Ford went to each dealer and wrote an algorithm that says:

- Day 1 send this email
- Day 2 send this email
- Day 3 send this email
...
...
...
....

GOD MAKE IT STOP PLEASE

I get emails about test drives, about reprice, about this, about that. And all the constant voicemails.

And the problem is I already spoke to these dealers they SHOULD know I called, discussed, didnt work out so CROSS ME OUT.

When you deal with tens if not hundreds of these dealers, it becomes excessive. My voicemail box gets full every 2 weeks now.

After getting 6 or 7 repeated spam emails, I always get the one that says "what can we do about improving etc", I respond with "you can stop spamming me" and instead of apologizing the other person comes back and says "its automated emails".

Absolutely atrocious shopping experience. Corvette experience and camaro was on par with europeans just FYI. So its not an american car company thing but might be ford.

I wish there was a way to pass this feedback.

You don't need God's help...just mark the mail as spam or block the sender...C'mon from your other posts you come across as a pretty switched on guy...this was an easy one guy!

No I am but some of the dealers do have small markups which I may want to reconsider. So its not a simple thing. Then I need to maintain lists and cross check yikes!

Even BMW has automated mails but its tastely done. You do an internet query, its also automated. Or after service. But they only send 1!:) One dealer sent me 12 emails in 7 days!!!!! Thats over 1.5 emails per day!:D

And they get utterly PISSED when you point them out that they are spamming:)

This is not a serious post, I just wanted to vent. I like Ford and I am proud an American company pulled off such an engine when multi billion dollar german car companies are going turbo charged and cutting production costs.

So many companies spam emails. It's annoying yes, but it's as easy as clicking UNSUBSCRIBE after the first one. It's not that difficult to be honest. Once you unsubscribe, you stop getting emails.

My BMW dealer emails me "specials" at least 4 days a week. You'll be happy to the know the fit and finish of the emails is flawless though. Kidding.

As you cross shop online this will definitely happen. So just deal with it until you find your car.

Every post - negative. I hate this...I hate that... but I'm still wanting one of these cars, trust me!

I am not going to say a word about 350 or R that will be negative until the day I own one. I promise.

/thread.
Man, you're the definition of a troll. I'd say to go buy you're BMW but I doubt those guys want you to have a BMW, either.

Not my intention. And what I said back then was about the car and not once I said anything negative about the car since then. This is about ford dealers' marketing pratices.

I am sorry but I have every right to post this because the way how this works now is really bad. It was honest to god feedback and as I said I was just venting and it was NOT A SERIOUS post. Dont take it the wrong way.
