So saying this guy can think whatever he wants in private as long as he does his job is giving him reason to act like a douche and babying him, but you crying because he doesn't like your car isn't being a baby?

WTF, are people around here a buncha red necks? This guy is being paid to do what he does by an entity that is truly customer service focused. He has no right to privacy in your car, if he does not like the camera then don't drive the car. Much worse, he does it fully knowing hes being recorded and the owner will hear it. He is therefor acting as the representative of the business at that point. Termination is required.

If you cant see this then you clearly have never worked in a position of any kind of responsibility nor been a supervisor of employees for a business.... and probably someone who is just an anarchist and would do the same thing with that "f it" attitude. That my psychological evaluation right there lol.

But the guy above me is right. Anyone who has been around the block know how utterly corrupt most dealerships are. This guy *can* behave like that because its probably acceptable at that steelership and they could probably care less. They made their sale and got their money.

Its worth it more to post that thing on UTUBE with the dealerships name and send it to your local news. Let the owner take the hit for having employees who behave like that.

Dude was talking to himself... what's the big deal? I'm sure people say the same shit when you drive by, you just happened to catch it on camera. It's funny, and unless it affected the quality of work done while getting serviced I don't see a problem. I'd be in hot water if there was a camera recording what I said when I'm alone at work.
Agree! As long as my car is being treated right they can say what ever they want. I have no problem with dash cams but don't get all bent out of shape on the audio.

In my opinion, the bloke put on a silly simpsons voice, had a moan at himself and drove the car, in a normal manner, did not abuse the car. Was he swearing? he just was talking to himself in a funny voice.
When i am in the car, i do it all the time, then when i hear myself back, i think oh dear.
Really can't see any harm, was their any damage to the car?
As for his voice and he might be a baddie, his voice was not aggressive, was normal tone and pitch
If he got into trouble for doing zero, that's very unfair

I do have heat extractors on the hood and it also has 5.0 on the fender he walks by.
I'm wondering if the guy acted like that because he saw a video camera in the car and knew it was recording? If so, that's even more messed up.

Sounds the same guy who was caught on video a while back saying things along the same lines ... or all lot boys like this?

Nobody wants to hear what others think of them or their cars. I work in a bodyshop and you should see the nasty cars that people bring in. Do you think I keep my mouth shut when I have to move or work on one of them. Hell no! I won't say anything that would get me fired, but beyond that I am vocal.

Who knows what this guy has going on in his life, totally harmless and without merit to contact his boss; the OP is like one of those pusillanimous college whiners who feel their safe space was threatened.
It's just a car.

I'm willing to bet everyone in the service department got a good laugh when they heard about the automatic owner who got his feelings hurt, and that's about as far as it went.

If he is worth anything, this little non issue will have no effect on his employment status, and any response from management is them just merely humoring the customer who seems to have insecurities regarding his transmission choice.

While driving for work at 19, I had someone try and call me in for bad driving. When my boss asked me about it we laughed it off and I continued with my day as always, because I could be trusted.
