I've said it before but Deysha is a leading reason why I bought another Ford after what I went through with my '11 GT. Ford has some good people working for them in CS.

+1 for Deysha (and the other staff). They're very helpful, and it's honestly astonishing that they're so active.

Took mine in today for my trunk. Passenger side corner was sticking up half an inch when closed. Such an eyesore. Harris Ford in Lynnwood, WA got it taken care of right away. I was expecting waiting on authorization from ford and having to come back. Not sure if they got it that quick or a manager said do it. But in and out in under 3 hours and they had to squeeze me into the body shop. Happy camper now. Good luck with your ride man. I have the same color too.
