Man and I thought women loved to argue :lol: You bought the car for a reason, who cares what it's called or what car is faster or better. I drive a V6 Mustang, and I couldn't care less what anyone says, it puts a smile on my face and that's all that matters to me.

Seriously guys the Focus is a cool little performance car, the Mustang is a bad ass performance car, the GT350 is the whole package! The Focas was was built to compete with the Mazda Miata's, Toyota and Hondas at these small track events. I got talked into taking my Mustang to one of these tracks where top speed was only going to be 45/50mph, all little hair pin turns. I couldn't even come close to times against cars that handle like go carts. I went to Gingerman park(2.25mile track) I passed a Focas ST twice in 10 laps. It's all about what kinda driving you like! You don't see NHRA cars trying to compete at INDY car events for a reason.
I'm just guessing that Ford performance add you seen was trying to promote to the Miata type guys. We all know the Mustang in the words of Bill Elliot ( if your old enough to know who he is) " This car rips"!!!!:clap2:

This thread is so silly. Both the misunderstanding of what Ford Performance is and what it devolved into.

I would trade my Mustang in for a Focus RS if I needed a daily driver. Then I could have fun AND be able to get out of my driveway when it snows.
