Ford Procal 4 locked?

Afternoon , anyone know if the Ford Procal 4 with the new 18+ FPP can be used at a later date to install other custom tunes or is it locked and nobody can use it? Just wondering if I can load say a Lund tune down the road if I make more changes or if it's locked to only Ford.

its locked to just Ford. No other tuners really use Pro Cal anyway.
