I have a question for the forum. If I already have the power pack 2 installed on my 2015 mustang gt premium (the cold air intake with the 87mm throttle body with the pro cal tune) and I want to install the voodoo intake manifold do I need to do anything with the pro cal tool again? Or it would be a plug and play since its already programmed already?

It’s not programmed already. And I think you have to buy the full PP3 if you want the IM and proper FP tune, but check with them. If you can get a custom tune that would be the way to go.

the Voodoo IM will give you more power above 6.5K rpm but produce less torque and generally be less fun to drive than PP2 on the street. Unless you’re tracking the car I’d leave it like it is.

Get an 18+ manifold instead. It will give similar gains up top, won't lose as much down low, and they are cheaper. Last I heard you can't get just the tune from ford, you have to buy the whole power pack 3 kit. For the cost of a GT350 manifold you can get an 18+ mani and a custom tune to make it work.

The short answer is yes you can. The problem is the VVT, IMRC and RPM limits will not be optimized for the GT350 manifold.
The low end torque loss isn't noticeable and the 2018+ manifold isn’t plug & play on 2015-17. The low rpm loss can be covered up with proper tuning.
I’ve posted on the forums before that I run a OEM tune on a 2015 5.0 with GT350 manifold and Brett Barbers CNC ported throttle body and my car runs its ass off. No regrets except the redline needs to be moved up.
I’d suggest you move forward with the GT350 manifold and at some point ditch the Ford Performance tune for one of the better independent tuners. Start with profiling Wengard , Lund, PBD, Ortiz’s and pick the one who understand how to tune for the 87mm TB. The tuner that pushed back on the 87mm TB and suggest using the 80mm TB is looking to only send off canned files.

Thank you sounds good.
