Ford Performance Racing School car #17

I was told there is no log of maintenance performed on the car. I do have the Oasis report that documents an engine and transmission change due to a flywheel failure. It documents a wiring issue with a harness behind the front bumper cover. There is an added power circuit that I have no clue what it was for. Perhaps onboard radio that was removed?

I never got an email. I heard about the sale on the forums and called them. Glad I did. I'm happy with the overall condition of the car. It is much nicer than I expected. I'll spend the winter going over it and making a few modifications. Probably her first outing will be Willow Springs in May. I did confirm the car has Calipefexion caliper studs. Still not sure what brake pads are in there.

What a great thing that the car you drove was actually still available.

Drove your 17 at track attack, no issues that day - drove great. you should pick up the greenlight 1/64 version. your car is also hanging in my office gt350 shrine.

I had no idea that Greenlight car existed. Thanks for the heads up VBGT350. I. just ordered two. I drove car 17 in 2016. And into the barn 2 weeks ago.

I started installing the Ford Performance tow hooks today. It was amazing how much gravel and rubber fell out as I started taking things apart.

Given that you had to be an owner to attend the school, unless the attendees sold their cars most probably now have two GT350’s, myself included.

I will be there too! My dad helped start COCOA back in the 70’s so I’ve grown up out there every October and May. I’ve had my ‘19 out there the last three events in a row, and this May I’ll be bringing the new track toy!
