Ford Pass Updates - or Lack Thereof?

My FordPass appears to be stuck in software update mode... is there a way to force the update rather than wait on it to never get the job done? Pic of the app screen...

It's an update in the car itself, not in the app. If in doubt ask your dealer to check the updates in your car.

Every time I push the refresh icon, it pops up the software update message. I may see if I can plug the phone in and open the app to refresh by wifi or cell data, this 10 minute update is taking months...

I presume that you’ve been driving your car for the last three months. If so, the update finished and the app is stuck. Try signing off the app and then sign in again. If that doesn’t work you can delete the app and reinstall it. If none of this works, like Cathul said, bring it to the dealer.
