Ford Pass "Unable to Locate Vehicle:

I notice my vehicle is not showing up in Ford Pass. Anyone else have the same problem or is it just me? Had to check my garage when I saw it.

Mines been unable to locate for a few months , not sure what is wrong. I was told to uninstall Ford pass and reinstall it but haven't tried yet.

Just checked my. No problem here, I see my GT350 on FP. Maybe try to reboot your phone first before reinstalling the app. Also, check if you connecting to WiFi

I get that message periodically - whether I am at home or elsewhere. I think the servers that support Ford Pass are not 100% 24/7 reliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Before re-installing the app on your phone or even the car, I would try cycling off / on your phone, then the car.

Mine is fine for now. I noticed if the car sits long enough some of the computer related features shut down to address battery power. I got a message from Ford Pass about this. Like every thing else we are mostly kept in the dark untill someone in the know jumps in.

I called Ford yesterday and they said they had a problem with the system.

I was using the system a week or so ago to track the car while it was at the dealership and as I ran into a problem I had to call Ford customer service... I learned that if the battery is disconnected there is no way to track the car, and if the car is moving there is also no way to track the car.

I ended up uninstalling the app, reinstalling, and reconnecting all over again. I'm no surprised if it's something to do with battery voltage. I literally have only driven the car a handful of times. Trying to avoid some of the rainy weather we've been having down here. Thanks for all the help.

An update from a few days ago has fixed mileage to kilometers issue but now unable to locate vehicle has now returned.

Same problem just got mine two weeks ago,indid what one user said to do, uninstall fordpass and redownload it,now it's working fine ,thanks to that person btw.
