Ford Owners Ap for Iphone/Android

Has anyone here from Oz, managed to use the Ford Owners Ap on their phone yet? Had a bit of a play with it, logged in and had failures from the get-go with 'oops'. Clicked on live chat at the Ford Au webpage and they were not able to figure out how to use it either.

I had issues creating a new account. Ended up creating it on a computer and logging in with those details on the app.

It works alright, however was not able to download and view the Owners Manual.

Does need some work and could be great.

Checked it out, but had no Mustang option

I tried to use it on my iPhone - gave up after issues and lack of ability (was not sure if it was mine or the app's). Looks good...... if it works.

I can see the Mustang option, just that when I created the account on my computer, then used the ap, it crashes with 'oops' (favourite word for Ford perhaps). Accepted the VIN and asks you to give the vehicle a 'name' on the computer, but on the ap it wont accept that name. Tried then on the computer, changing the name of the car to match the name on the ap, but it still comes up with 'oops'.

Checked it out, but had no Mustang option

The Mustang option is abit hidden - you have to scroll way way down and it's near the end of the list.

Update: It has started working properly after I deleted it from my phone, and then downloaded it again. Could be also since the dealer commenced my roadside assist - I am thinking that has something to do with it - or could just be a coincidence.

just downloaded and it is all there...and seems to work.

Works fine. Perhaps it works best if you have a VIN and the car isn't actually made yet!

Just downloaded it on my iPhone 7 and it was quick and easy to sign up and register with my VIN.

Thanks for the info, I wasn't aware this was available so my be handy, now all I have to do is figure out how to register for the Everest on the App so I can have both user manual to hand when I need them!

Thanks for the info I just downloaded it and registered on my iPhone 6 and it seems to be working fine
