I'm very confused. I order my GT convertible on 7/11 and I could see it via www.cotusb.ford.com fine until a few days ago. Now when I do the same search it just tells me "No matching vehicle found."

Has that happened to anyone else?

Still don't see my order. Why would it just disappear?

I've tried to call my contact at the dealership where I ordered the car, but haven't heard back yet. Guess the guy is on vacation or something as he is usually very responsive.

My car was ordered on 5/20 and it has never appeared in COTUS.

That's the default placeholder. That should change after the car is built.

I've been checking everyday for about a month and it always said: "In Processing" As of today it says: "No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again."
Just like Nutte said. Anyone else? Is this good news as in it's about to be scheduled? Weird.

Reload the page and see if that helps. I got that as well, but it was right after their normal Sunday maintenance (which is supposed to end at 10:00 EST.) After a bit mine showed back up. Still saying "Order Processing" but at least its there.. I guess :headbonk:

I was having issues earlier today. Got a "vehicle not found" error, then I pulled up successful tracking for the dealer's stock (not my order), then got another error, then finally got my order pulled up... All using the same Order and Dealership numbers haha.

Sundays are their maintenance days. I imagine tomorrow will be back up 100%. Still, I PMed Tricia to see what was up.
