Has anyone dug into the SYNC and Sony system DSPs? Forscan is amazing but not exactly going to be relevant to this thread(heads up.) yes it can flip switches between all kinds of factory coded profiles but is it possible to inject custom coded profiles? I know nothing on the subject btw..

I hate fords audio builds as much as the next guy. Most of it is band aid fixes added over and over until everything is overly complex and milking lack luster hardware.

The DSP is complex as well. One of the few parts that should be. I think there would be a large market for harnesses and software that could interface the dsp and allow flash tuning. Would the hard wiring aspect be possible to install a port? Does it already have a port? Just a shower thought

Hit up the Audio sub-forum in here - lots of folks have modified the factory systems with lots of aftermarket pieces to SYNC, including going Android, etc....

People have totally gutted the system, or have added components to SYNC with the factory stuff (if that’s your thing).
