Here ya go:
Ford 800# thread:
https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/the-ford-800-info-for-those-needing-it.111571/

That info was from a couple of years back, HOWEVER, if you go to your owner's manual it will have the most updated info IF the vehicle model year is after the post dates in that thread.

You need to call the 800#, and explain that you need a Regional Rep. and need to open a Case since you are not getting any traction at your local Dealership.

Once a Case is opened, your car gets priority with repairs as the Service Center will now need to communicate to the Ford Regional Rep. the progress of repairs and the expected return to service.

You're not going to get higher up visibility unless you start posting on every one of Ford's Social Media sites.

The other way you can gain attention is if you received any emailed or paper survey from your Dealership after your service appointment. Fill it out with all low scores and put on there why you dislike the Dealership and it's Service Dept.; that survey gets rolled up to the top - the Dealership will get contacted by Ford and they (Dealership) will have to respond to the Customer, at which point you're in control and will have "all ears".

What's the issue you're having?
