on oct 25, 2023 i ordered part number M9602M the performance magneride handling pack for my '19 pp1. after a reasonable wait i called customer service about the order to be told it's on back order. i called twice more. the last customer rep said "maybe march?".
i called today to check up on it to be informed the order has been canceled.
they never reached out to me. the customer service rep suggested i go to a dealership to find out if the parts kit is currently available because they don't know. oh, and can you take a brief survey about customer service? thanks.

i'm so frustrated i misspelled disappoints.

When I read your title I thought a part was somehow disappointing.
Instead I find you're disappointed in the ordering process and customer (no) service.

Sorry for your experience but Ford hardly has the market cornered on poor CS.

Most of those kits or packs are dropped shipped. You might get lucky and find a vendor that has some on hand.

I thought I saw/heard that FP was no longer producing the track handling pack for non-magride cars too but it’s still on the FP site. Might be the street pack I’m thinking of too.

Anyway, your situation also occurred with the FP floor mats, I along with some others had them ordered, waited for months only to have it cancelled because they were no longer making them. I got lucky and found a set at Lethal Performance, but others were not so lucky and were SOL.

Did you try any other vendors that carry these parts to see if they have any in stock?
i went to the dealership that sold me the car. they said they have similar problems dealing with ford accessories. they were friendly but unable to order the parts because it's considered "racing" or "performance". i went to a different dealership (also friendly) and they were able to source it from a dealership in tx.
it should be in monday or tuesday. i lost the $150 discount on the october sale price though.
