What all did you guys do with the fact that the passenger side heater hose gets tugged on too hard, due to the increased height of the 350 IM? I just trimmed a bit off of the front of the support rail, as after a few weeks, i now have a leaking connection at the front of the engine where it connects to the nipple 🤬 I have a new hose on the way, but there was no mention of this issue when installing. I knew right away that i didn’t like how tight that hose was being pulled, and now i have coolant stink and wetness all over my brand new sh¡t. Anyone else do something nifty to get around this nonsense? Thanks in advance

I have the GT350 intake on my car and I have no idea what you are referring to. Can you post a picture?

What you did was flip them and run the hoses underneath. I flipped them but didn’t care for it, so i put them back normally and wire tied them to the underside as well…….that’s what i ended up coming up with. The original intake sat much lower, and the hoses in stock format were on TOP of these guides, which was pulling too tightly on them. There was no mention of them being too short (that i can remember) in the install guide from FP. Thanks for replying, i appreciate you sir 🫡

Glad I could help?

I started by installing Power Pack 2. Then bought the intake separate, installed it and reflashed the tune myself with HP tuners. So I had no instructions on how to install the intake, I just put it on and routed things where they seemed to want to go.
