Guys i have the euro performance pack that comes without the gauges, vents only. do you think if i get the whole panel with the gauges from ford i will be able to do the swap?

I would think so if the wiring harnesses are there, someone that has had the dash apart may want to chime in on that.

I thought there was someone on this forum that supercharged their GT and picked up a PP dash from an Ecoboost with the boost gauge and it was a direct plug in.

Also, can't see how Nav would impact the harness at all.

for 2015-2016 models if you don't have sat-nav then you will not have the antenna for it(look for a round shaped thing oh the rear roof)

All 15+ Mustangs have a GPS reciever whether you have the nav system or not. It is used by Sync Services to provide turn by turn directions.
