I've seen ones for the GT 350 that replace the turns for 18 style LED fog/ turns.
I'm pretty sure it's the same part but I'll need to run the part numbers to be sure.
It might be a option for us who like the look of the Black out grille or dislike the non led front turns.

It seems the part numbers are the same as the GT 350 and 15-17 standard mustang. FR3Z-13200-A I think 130201 is the other side.

Isn't that placement a tad high for fog lights on a car to do much good?

Yes, and on cars that I've had that they were that high, in a somewhat low seating to light height they didn't work as well as low to the ground placement. But that placement might look out of place on the 2021 car.
Will it be white or yellow beam?

@ICU812 is correct. There are currently no light kits for the M1 grill. When and if it will ever happen they will be driving lights, not fog lights.

Well fog, driving whatever I understand - just want a kit to fill the space which i think LOOKS STUPID the way it is - should have come from the factory with yellow beams but the F'ing bean counters put a stop to that ...

When Ford first introduced the Mach 1 there were a lot of questions about those holes in grill. Most felt that Ford left them blank so that owners could choose what they wanted. For those tracking it, additional car flow kit. For those looking for the classic look, driving lights. Unfortunately the aftermarket hasn’t produced either of these. Blame it on Covid.

I think it would look bad with classic transparent glass lights, too retro. Even amber.
This works great as a retro homage element. So leaving it at customer is a great decision, not forcing it on everyone as standard. Ofc they could have made it an optional equipment, that would be best.

It worked great the same way on Boss 302 in 2013 too.
