Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement, aka RICE
I was not passing judgment on anyone's mods. It was and is common to personalize our vehicles and we often get inspiration from race cars. The term RICE or Ricer has taken on different meanings over time. However, being in my 70's it was known as just that "Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement" I apologize if I offended anyone.

I'm tall and have long legs, and often wish I had a bit more leg room when entering or exiting the car. But you know what it actually is that stands in my way and I hit with my knees? It's the steering column! Never the steering wheel.
So, the flat bottom helping with leg room is utter nonsense.
It’s a purely cosmetic thing. That’s all.

I drive a car with a flat bottomed wheel quite regularly - it’s awesome, it makes it so much better to drive than the mustang. Sometimes I think I should sell the mustang and trade up … :frown:

WD :like:

Oh yes, the car with the flat bottomed wheel is my misses Kia Picanto GT line with the OE Kia wheel …
