Bottom stripe coming off

2022 purchased new a year ago. Now has 6,000 miles. Anyone else had this problem ?

i have not, one question comes to mind though. Are you using a power washer on it? Sorry that’s going on.

I thought of that also. Been going through brushless carwash probably twice a week last summer. This was 3rd time this year. Seems odd its the same area directly behind front wheels. Warranty should take care of it, but tempted to just remove the entire stripe and leave it off.

It's a known issue. Ford skimped on the vinyl. A reputable decal shop can repair it. If the other side hasn't started peeling yet I highly recommend putting PPF along the rocker panel to protect it. The hood stripe is also extremely delicate.

Took car to Dealer today. Said they spoke to Ford Rep and it is an issue and they will pay under warranty. Thats the good news. They then said that it would have to be applied by a Ford Dealership and THEIR only facility that can do it is 1 1/2 hours away. I told them that no way in hell was one of their flunkies going to drive my car that far and back ! I'll pay to have it done 3 blocks away from them myself by a decal expert !!

I have that problem with my 2022 GT/CS it is at the dealership and the stripes are being replaced it is covered under warranty.
