Flashing Check Engine Light

Has anybody ever had a flashing cel and if so what happened?
I just had it happened for like 30 seconds and brought it to the dealer the next day. They said they don't see anything wrong with it and that there's no log of any codes or anything. Kinda worried bc I brought the car to them with 50 miles left till 36k and my warranty will expire.

A flashing CEL generally signals misfires.

A misfire should be stored in the computer! I would not get the car back unless they can prove no codes were stored.

I had a tune on it then dropped it back to stock before I brought it in so I think that's why it wasn't stored
