Well, I was disappointed that the Aussies lost the ashes, I'm hoping that the All Blacks win the RFU World Cup, Japan to win "The most whales eaten in a year", they'll be happy with that, The Springbox can wait for the next Lions Tour to justify their existence (we'll still smash them though), but, the UK is GOT TO BE FIRST for the new Mustang!

Tonight there was a story on 9 about the Mustangs on the productions line with Robert Penfold, Channel 9's news correspondent on the production line at the Flat Rock Plant. The story shows some footage of some RHD being built alongside a lot of GT350's.

There is a shot of the window sticker at 2:03 of a RHD vehicle. If anyone is good with software they may be able to focus in on the details and we could maybe find out whose car that was. A shame they didn't film this 2 weeks ago and got a shot of a CO being built....

All the cars I saw in the video that had the chrome window strip also had the lustre nickel finished wheels. So I'm assuming that either those cars were UK spec cars with the custom pack or if your order the lustre nickel wheels you also get the chrome strip instead of the black rubber around the windows to match

The magnetic one at 0:16 has the normal PP wheels & may be a GT.

Don't quote me on it but I think in order to get the silver wheels over here you had to order the custom pack which includes the silver crap round the windows.

That is my understanding as well Centurion07. If you wanted the silver wheels in Europe/UK you had to order the custom pack and (presumably) it will also come with the chrome highlights.

In Aus we don't have a custom pack option. The only relevant option we have is the option to order the lustre nickel wheels. There has been no mention of if you order those wheels that you would also get the additional chrome trim.

Also makes me wonder if any RHD cars will get the contrast stitching on the dashboard. Maybe cars ordered with the silver wheels / custom pack will get this.

Still so many unknowns in regards to the little details!

I didn't notice that the first time I watched it. Oh well, my Golf atm has the handbrake on the passenger side so I'm used to it, even though it is annoying if you have someone in the passenger seat.
