I am new here to the forum. Late life crisis buying my 2021 Ati-Matter Blue GT (non-PP) in late of 2022, just looking to have some fun rowing six gears. Current oem rims are ok 19x9, but I want to change these to 18x10 (long story reason for this). It seems finding the right wheels is very subjective and tough to find for my preference without busting the bank, my budget without tires is $3k max. Looking for options for simular rims as shown. 18x10 square set up, (+35mm front and +45mm rear?), straight barrel design. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome! Otherwise I may have to go with the Weld Ventura Street which matches all the sizing criteria. I am always open to other ideas. Thanks!

fitmentindustries.com is a great source to see what wheel options you have that will fit your car.

I got 19x10 +et35 apex vs-5 in anthracite squared (directly from Apex.com), and paired them with Michelin PS4S in 275/40zr19.

Thanks, I have gone through at least a dozen sites and looked at hundreds of wheels. I now know I can't get exactly what i want without going high custom. :( I originally wanted 18x10s, but either not the right lug pattern, hub size too small or the offsets will not work. I have compromised on 18x9.5s for a square set up in a few choices I like. Next is tire choices and since I have a 6 speed, and like to hit the track test and tune for fun a few times a year, I was thinking Nitto RII 285/40 for the rear and the G2's for the front either 285/40 or 255/45 not sure what would be better handeling for the front). I want to retain the factory 27" tire height. If I take my Mustang for a long road trip overnight, I will throw the original 19s back on. Any thoughts?

SVE Drifts in 18x10 (+35) are pretty cheap.
Apex EC-7 (+43) are not so cheap, and you probably will want to run a 5mm spacer.
I hear even the Enkei PF01 fits in a 18x10.5 (+38) but that is maybe pushing it (you might need 2+ degress of camber to tuck them in, and maybe a front spacer)

While 18x10 are not nearly as easy to find for the Mustang as 19x10 or 20x10s. You certainly don't need to go "high custom" to get them.

Why do you want to run square wheels (which you should) but NOT square tires, which throws away much of the advantage of a square setup?

Square setup: yes not technically if I use the R2 in rear and G2 in front, but they have very similar tread patterns. I may just go with the G2's all around, and in the futurer get 18x11s for the rear with dedicated drags. Also the square setup would potentially avoid understeer. I like some of the Enkeis, but I'll have to do some searching and see if they offer a machined lip. In the meantime I have narrowed down four wheels that I like. Thanks for your insight.

If you're putting G2s on all four corners you can forget any concerns about oversteer and understeer. You'll get plenty of both, and any time you breath on the throttle in a corner, the rear is gonna come around. Terrible 'summer' tires.

Try the continentals or something. Dear god, try anything. Just don't keep buying G2 tires out of habit, they don't suit the muscle car. No, I don't hate the R2 its fine, but the G2 is really a very crappy tire.

Thank you for the input. There are very few choices for 285/40-18. I was looking for something that will help hook at the track test and tune a couple of times a year with my 6 speed and be driven on street. Eventually I will probably get dedicated rear strip tires. I only put on about 1200 miles per year, and if I go on a long road trip or overnight I would put the 19s back on. My choices come down to:
Eagle® F1 SuperCar $325
General G-MAX RS $325
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S $480
Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S Tires $480
The Continentals don't have the right size
I think I am leaning towards the Eagles.
