Mine did the same thing. We tack welded the tips on and loosened the connections, lifted, and then tightened connection, then release lifting and it settles where I needed it. So far so good. If it moves more I will weld them in place.

My drivers side stays in place but the passenger side drops down a little out of alignment. Retightening hasn't worked so I used a heavy duty plastic wire tie this week to keep the muffler in place. The wire tie is hidden and unseen. We'll see how it works when I take the car out on Saturday. I'll take a pic if you want to show you what I did.

Hey Silver GT I'd love to see the pic of what you've done. I've got the exact same problem, my Driver side is perfect, but my Passenger side droops quite low, and I hate the look. Even though i rarley see it.

I'll post a pic this weekend after making sure it worked but I'm pretty confident it will.

I've been checking out some of the other aftermarket exhaust setups in person and those all seem to have one or more issue lining up in some sort of compacity.

LOL. I will call you if I have any more problems. Going to drive the piss out of it to try and loosen them :)
Metal expands with heat. It will not loosen anything. We swapped out my cats for o/r leads and it took 3hrs. Couldn't do jack till the car got cold. With your fitment issue most of the time the axelback connection point isn't all the way pushed in. This causes it to sag.

I dont think thats it either, the muffler hangers are barely in in the brackets, if the mufflers get pushed back any further, they will not be in them.
