Here is a video of the initial run (not start), didn't have the tune. Sorry the quality is poor, it's a cell phone video. I just got the tune and am going to fire it up in a little bit when I get to where my car is at. I will take a video with my camera of that and try to post it up.

So no startup video yet but I will have one. I drove it a little bit but it was raining lightly so I didn't get on it much. I kept traction control on as well. The car drives just like stock until you start to get into it then the sucker just pulls. It's incredibly fast and I have barely touched the surface on it. One thing I'm curious about is I'm getting some backfiring on it. Is this normal? It's happening when I let off the gas. Other than that everything seems to be working as it should be. The fans are incredibly loud but that was expected.

do the fans run all the time, or on a thermostat?

So far it has sounded like they do but I thought the new cal fixed this. Maybe someone in the know here can chime in. I haven't driven much so I can't say yet. They are fairly loud. The blower is actually not as loud as I was expecting either.

With the new cal and wiring the fans run as soon as the PCM sees 200 rpm and shut off with the engine. Before the fans ran as soon as the battery power went live even if the car wasn't running and would run sometimes for several minutes even after the engine was off.

My fans run when I fire it up and run after I turn it off. Not for several minutes though.

So one thing I'm noticing is that I'm not making most of my power until mid range. I thought there'd be more down low power like right out of the gate. Is this right? I'm only giving about a quarter throttle. Do I need to give more throttle to see the power?

Very nice!!!!:D

Regarding the fans, questions for everyone...

Are the fans always on after 200rpms? Even with the car driving?

They sound pretty loud on the video, can you hear them with the engine running? It almost sounds like you would be able to hear them over your exhaust.

Are the fans cooling the intercooler, radiator, both?
What are the advantages of having them?

They are to cool the intercooler. You should have them if you live in a hot climate or if you track the car.
It looks like for now the fan comes on when the engine is running. Unless they have a secondary air temperature sensor by the supercharger there is no way for the fans to turn on and off.

So in the video the engine isn't running. The fans are loud and yes I can hear them while driving, so to tune it out I hit the gas and there goes my exhaust and the blower. As far as when they come on, I've noticed as soon as I hit the brake right before I turn it over they come on. I live in Louisiana, so they are necessary for me.

I only hear mine when I'm at a stop with windows down (mostly when trying to order my Dunkin Donuts coffee in the drive thru) lol.

I do not hear them at all while driving.
