Great info, I am really keen as to watching and knowing the hwy's I travel, never had a ticket for speeding. I mostly drive the limit so as to follow the law, which I respect. Fun had is well planned.

I try to drive/ride around 10-clicks over but sometimes my evil twin gets the better of me, usually when there's nothing around and I'm using something very sporty. Far better now than when I was younger, but I still got pulled over last year on one of my favourite winding roads on my way to a motorcycle rally. The power-to-weight ratio of the bike is the equivalent to about 750-HP in a Mustang, so it requires restraint to stay within the limit.

Also, I tend to drive/ride a lot in areas that I'm not very familiar with. Last year I did road trips, not work, totalling about 10,000 miles on 4-wheels. Half in the Bullitt on some great back roads.
October run around the Cabot Trail:

Over 6,000 miles on my motorcycles.
July circular route from Nova Scotia to Des Moines and back including the White Mountains, etc., in NH:

And the just over 3,000 miles in Europe
November in an Alfa Romeo through Tuscany in November.

Just extremely hard to stay within the legal limit on these roads while driving/riding something that loves corners. ;-)

One reason I let mine idle more in the winter time at startup (probably ~2-3 minutes total) is because I want to give those seat warmers a chance to work their magic on those frigid leather seats. Well, when they are working (car's in the shop now since it would turn off after about 10 seconds). 10.5k miles.
