It's been around two months since my FI Intetchiller Stage 2with CWA400 pump install, large condencer with fan, relays, wiring, connectors etc.
I would rate this install "Extensive" due to my previous mods I had to mod or remove, cutting, making braces/brackets, cuting the front crash bar for intetchiller, relays, wiring I had to make/modify/Weld a 2.5 gallon mishimoto tank. I had to modify tank extensively to fit behind my drivers side fender well area, dual horns, front cruise, crash medigation module etc, adding a large condenser and fan, replacing/adding connectors etc, removing my whipple H/E etc.
- Crusing with my A/C off and just the IC pump running in 87° f outside temp, my AIT2 stayed under 120°f, but I did not run my car hard.
- Crusing, stop and go traffic, WOT in 90°f with A/C on, interchiller on my AIT2 stayed around 60°f-70°f and the IC coolant to the whipple got as low as 30°f but normally stays around 40s°f range. Even after a dyno pull the tech put his hand on the top of the whipple and he said it was cold.
So far after weeding everything out, no issues. I never lose power due to heat soak under back to back WOT runs.
FYI. I went above and beyond on insulating the tank, hoses, lines etc to maximize cooling efficiency then some installs i seen on you tube.
