Yes I'm a ricer, has anyone installed one of these "fake" front canards ? I don't usually go over 120 but wondering how they'd hold up with just VHB 3M

Maybe I'll run them and see how long they last before I shell out $370 for the APR carbon fiber ones

I bet they hold on fine at speed, especially if you prep with adhesive promotor during install.

I see their last image shows a couple bolts, washer, and nuts, but I don't see any through hole in the canard to indicate how they are used.

Thanks for the find. I will be installing a new front splitter and these would compliment it nicely.

I prefer the simpler style shown below that one; less flashy and accentuates the original design.

I've had it on mine for about a year, and it feels rock-solid. I used a promoter- isopropyl alcohol, which is the thing as 3M sells in pricey tiny packets.

Regarding canards: You must be more specific than that. Please post a link if you want us to see exactly what you are seeing. Thanks.

No, adhesive promotor is NOT just isopropyl alcohol. And it really works. In fact, it is so aggressive that you must be careful not to get any on other areas where it is not needed. Ask me how I know.

I was referring to the $54.98 item in the original post.
Here's mine:

(As for the alcohol as a promoter, it has always worked fine for me, and for many customizers. Helluva lot cheaper.)

I ordered it, I've always loved how canards look and think it'll complement my front splitter

Have you installed these yet?
Where does the back end meet the fake corner grilles?

They fit pretty well, they actually include a little nut and bolt to put where it meets the fake grill but I didn't use it

When the weather clears up, can you provide a head-on closeup photo? (And hopefully not back-lighting.)

Before I order, I want to see where they end relative to my little triangle grilles, which are open in the lower half, as shown:

Hey thanks!
I see you have the half open grilles too.

One more photo request? A low, direct from the side shot.
