Dash Fake Stitching Color?

Alright so i been researching and have yet to find anything, Has anyone attempted to paint the stitching on the dash (this one isnt to the mach 1, bullitt or any that have actual stitched dashes lol)

Fabric Paint Pen? Others in my previous car forum did that to color the white stitching on black seats.

After looking at videos on tik tok, i think im gonna try and stitch real thread through it before i use a paint pen cause its not real stitching like the back seats, its that fake vinyl mold

I have done all my stitch in my car in clouding the dash to red with a fabric pen. Im on vacation so I can’t send any pics but a fabric pen is your friend.

Haha your good, yea its cause i know fabric pen might work but not last especially when cleaning, I ordered some wax thread and plan on stitching it tonight to see how it works, my thread and needles come in today, ill keep it posted
