Faded Stripes 2015-17MY

Does anyone know the part number for the Ford OEM faded stripes as fitted to the 2015-17MY they did them in black/white/silver and I want a set in silver - my local Ford dealer could not find them on the parts data base

They are a bit awkward to find but there isn’t a single part number as they come in seperate sections for roof, bonnet etc. Tell the Parts guy to look harder!

Oh and prepare yourself for a shock with the price! I priced just the roof section last week and it was nearly £200 for that bit alone!

I’m not that bothered about the price I’m expecting to pay about £500 but I do want the Ford OEM silvervones rather than after market but like I said my local Ford dealer couldn’t even find the part numbers and told me to phone Ford customer service

only £500 you're about a grand short in price thats IF you can find them they were discontinued and are a nightmare to get hold of. talk to bob on here he had to have his replaced under warranty it took them months to find them but they did eventually so he should have the part numbers.

There are 3 different numbers. Roof. Bonnet and boot.

Each part costs a lot... and Hinch isnt far away for parts and fitting... sorry.

Because mine was a freebie warranty job and because the ford dealer screwed it up the first time i was sent the parts directly to my house.

I was totally gobsmacked at the costs on the ford internal invoices!

Then i had to get them fitted... went independent... the fitter ( a professional car wrapper) told me they were the most difficult thing he had ever done... something to do with their inflexibility .....

Ah ok thanks I will check prices when I get the part numbers off you and see what my detailer thinks about fitment they are available aftermarket in the USA much cheaper but not sure about the quality

Personally i love the faded stripes and i might well have done it anyways... but i guess i was luckily able to get them under warranty so to speak. Ifvyou know a good fitter then that will certainly help with quality and costs too!

As I have already sent these via PM to Charles - I thought I should share them, for anyone else who might feel the need for faded stripes

They come in two boxes and are blooming expensive - IMHO

ADAM - (adam83) if you can get these then I am sure that a few people on here would be interested!!

I've always been tempted by these. Thanks for the info.

Correct me if I'm wrong but were these not a £500 factory option? So I can't understand why just the parts would be more than that? A little expensive but not excessively so IMO. As for install, well, i'm sure a trusted vinyl/wrap specialist would do it relatively cheaply.

Come on then, how much?!
