I have a 2019 mustang gt with a custom tune and i’m trying to connect forscan to my car. It is asking for the factory pcm code, but I can not find it. i checked the pcm module under the fusebox for the sticker, and there is nos sticker on my module. my obd2 scanner does not provide it and neither does the ford support website through my vin. what do i do?

I had the same issue. I removed the custom tune, setting it back to original. Made changes in Forscan then reinstalled the custom tune.

What’s the background on the vehicle (mods vs stock)?

Have you owned it since new or was it purchased used?

What are you trying to do with the PCM or existing tune?

More context can help get you better responses.

This is the answer. Had to do this when my car had the Whipple tune on it.

Or, send me a message with your VIN and I will find that strategy code from your car that it's looking for.
