Are these common along with front bumper brackets breaking? Is this covered under warranty or worth getting done or do most live with it. I have one dimple poking out on trunk lid of paint. You can tell it’s something under the paint and clear coat making it bump out. Just wanted to see how others paint jobs are.

I've had my car painted 3x due to paint defects, well should have been done 1x but dealership kept breaking stuff trying to fix other things.

If it's not right, and it bothers you, have them repair it. Just known it is a process and likely they will scratch the other side because they are careless. It's a Ford Mustang, $40k car doesn't get any respect.

It's not fun to drop your car off for problem w the rear and you show up and find your car taken apart in the front because someone ripped off your front number being careless.

It sure did. But my cars paint is PERFECT! All body gaps are perfect. Did ceramic Coating and Clear bra.

I'm definitely a paint snob. But it's my prerogative so im okay.....now.

I have a very small spot that looks like a particle of dirt or metal under the clear coat. I'm concerned if I do nothing, the clear in that area will fail. But I'm also concerned that if I try to get it repaired, some other problem will crop up.

How’d you get them to repaint the car? just under warranty?
